After spending hundreds of dollars over years at this place, I just had the most awful experience here. Over the years there had been questionable episodes of quality of service; however because of proximity, I overlooked a lot. But this most recent occurrence was the last straw. I had left a white blouse for dry cleaning and it came back beige. They insisted that's how I left it; it was not; it was white. Since it was rather new, I brought in my receipt for the purchase of the blouse which indicated it was white. They would not reimburse me($34.99)for changing the color of the blouse unless I gave them my blouse. Why and how wrong is that? It is my blouse they altered. They have no right to keep it. Actually, they weren't getting the fact that they actually should have paid me double ($69.98) because they ruined one blouse, and I have to buy another one. They are the most awful people. Lots of luck to anyone who uses this cleaner and anything goes wrong with the clothes they leave there. They absolutely refused to do anything to rectify the situation insisting they were right. Obviously they do not value their customers; therefore no one should spend any of their hard earned dollars here.
